You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform. By creating an account or using Frinder, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to request verification at any time and to terminate accounts that do not meet this criterion.

Our service uses Large Language Models (LLMs) to provide personality insights, vibe checks, and engagement features. While we strive for accuracy and helpfulness, AI outputs are generated algorithmically and should not be treated as professional advice.

Users may not use the platform for:

• Harassment or bullying - Any form of targeted abuse, threats, or intimidation towards other users.
• Spam or unsolicited promotion - Sending bulk messages, advertising, or unauthorized promotional content.
• Illegal content - Uploading, sharing, or distributing any material that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Impersonation - Misrepresenting your identity or pretending to be another person.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these rules, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

All subscriptions and payments are handled securely by Stripe, a PCI DSS-compliant payment processor. We do not store your credit card data on our servers. All payment information is processed directly through Stripe's secure infrastructure.

All algorithms, source code, branding, visual assets, and proprietary technology are the exclusive property of Frinder. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without prior written permission.
